The White Horse is an independent family owned business with 4 sites based in Hertingfordbury.

We are currently looking for a Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team.

The ideal Supervisor will have:

  • A passion for fantastic customer service.
  • Previous supervisory experience within a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Great communication skills An open and honest leadership style.
  • Keen to develop and progress your career within the Company.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, as well as be a leader – you will need to organise tasks on shift and assume responsibility in the assistants and General Managers absence.
  • Experience of running both bar and floor services.
  • Guest focused and service driven.
  • Hands on, Front of House focused.
  • Enjoy being part of the local community and build a strong positive relationship with the locals.
  • In return, you will receive a competitive salary dependent on experience and excellent rate of service charge

Seeking experienced CDP for The White Horse, Hertingfordbury
Up to 48 hours per week, flexible rota, usually 5 days on 2 days off 
28 days paid holiday per annum
Daily support from head chef
