SUPERVISOR/TEAM LEADER
The White Horse is an independent family owned business with 4 sites based in Hertingfordbury.
We are currently looking for a Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team.
The ideal Supervisor will have:
- A passion for fantastic customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience within a retail or hospitality environment.
- Great communication skills An open and honest leadership style.
- Keen to develop and progress your career within the Company.
- The ability to work as part of a team, as well as be a leader – you will need to organise tasks on shift and assume responsibility in the assistants and General Managers absence.
- Experience of running both bar and floor services.
- Guest focused and service driven.
- Hands on, Front of House focused.
- Enjoy being part of the local community and build a strong positive relationship with the locals.

CHEF DE PARTIE
Seeking experienced CDP for The White Horse, Hertingfordbury
Up to 48 hours per week, flexible rota, usually 5 days on 2 days off
28 days paid holiday per annum
Daily support from head chef
