Spring Re-Opening...

With less than 3 weeks until pubs and restaurants can open their ‘out’ doors for trading, the ‘Lockdown Team’ at the White Horse, Hertingfordbury are changing gear and direction yet again.  Their ability to adapt to theses ever changing times, with humour and drive is truly inspirational.

Over the last week they have finished painting the inside of the restaurant alongside preparing takeaway meals for our customers and now the focus is on transforming the Terrace into a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy socialising from Monday 12th April.   
The White Horse are joining forces with 2 other Family Hertfordshire events companies, WA Carr & Son for the marquee and ‘The Sister Team’ at Dress It Yourself for the décor.  It is great to be able to support each other after a long and hard year and we are excited to see what we can create together. 

Following some social media posts advertising the proposed Terrace space, we are delighted at the response of our customers who are ringing and emailing daily to book tables in advance. It looks like we are going to come back with a BANG!

All being well, Monday 17th May is the date that we can open the pub and restaurant inside.  We have had loads of party bookings, family get -togethers and Wedding requests and it seems we are not the only ones who are desperate to fill the White Horse with good food, wine, beer, and laughter.  The Hotel rooms will also be up and running by then and fingers crossed by June we will see some normality return and we can all enjoy our Local in full once again.
